VITALITY95 ®: NOT ALL PROTEINS ARE EQUAL

Why Vitality 95 is the best protein on the market

When choosing a protein, first of all you must make sure you are not selling sugar instead of protein:

Look at the total percentage of carbohydrates. If you have a lot of carbohydrates (more than 25%), they will be selling you SUGAR at the price of protein!

  1. Check the percentage of proteins.

This must be 80% or higher, any lower percentage, again implies that you are selling carbohydrates instead of proteins.

  1. Now, check the quality and speed of assimilation of proteins.

Those of rapid or incomplete assimilation (whey, miscellanous casein, soy) benefit less and nourish less. Vegetable proteins, being of low biological value due to the excessively small size of their particles, will keep circulating in the bloodstream much less than necessary for proper cell nutrition.

Egg protein in the manufacturing process requires increasing the percentage of carbohydrates to support egg fat, which brings us to the first point.

Calcium caseinate, normally accused of being slowly assimilated, is actually a complete assimilation because it is the one that will remain circulating in the bloodstream the longest.

Proteins from meat, poultry, fish, eggs or other foods of animal origin contain large particles and are also assimilated optimally.

  1. Finally, remember that for proteins to correctly perform their function of regenerating our cells, they must be ingested simultaneously with the appropriate amount of fat (preferably of animal origin).

The best fats: butter (other than margarine), cream (as pure as possible, without added sugars), any of animal origin and olive oil.
